At Cedar Path care the team will take the greatest possible care when considering referrals and placing children / young people in our home. As part of our matching process we do require a complete history, including relevant health and education plans, risk assessment(s) and up to date needs assessments. We always put the individual needs of the child or young person at the forefront of our process.
