Safety and stability are at the heart of everything we do. Our homes are warm, welcoming, and structured environments where children feel secure and cared for. With robust safeguarding policies and child protection procedures in place, we create spaces where young people can begin to heal and flourish.
Individualised Care Plans
Every child is unique. That’s why each young person at Cedar Path has a personalised care plan tailored to their emotional, educational, physical, and psychological needs. These plans are regularly reviewed and adapted to ensure that support grows and changes as the child does.
Education & Enrichment
Education opens doors to opportunity. We ensure every young person has access to school placements, tutoring, and tailored learning support. Beyond the classroom, we encourage participation in sports, hobbies, and cultural experiences—helping children discover passions, build confidence, and develop life skills.
Family & Community Connections
Where appropriate, we support children in maintaining meaningful relationships with their families. We also encourage engagement with the wider community through volunteering, mentorship, and social activities—helping foster belonging, purpose, and independence.
